周全,男,汉族,1989年9月出生于湖南湘阴,91官网
教授,博导,国家级高层次青年人才,湖南省科技创新领军人才,岳麓学者特聘教授,电能高效高质转化全国重点实验室、空天科学与应用联合研究中心等科研平台技术骨干,IEEE高级会员,中国电机工程学会高级会员、IEEE Trans. Smart Grid等国际期刊编委、中国电科院期刊中心青年专家团成员、IEEE P3574《架空输电线路通道山火卫星监测系统技术导则》标准工作组副主席,曾在中国星网科技质量部借调工作。师从美国工程院院士Mohammad Shahidehpour教授,长期从事空天电力信息技术与装备、卫星通导遥电力应用等领域研究,主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家高端外国专家引进计划等国家级/省部级科研项目10余项,发表高水平学术论文70余篇、ESI高被引6篇,开设《新型电力系统卫星互联网应用技术》系列课程。
主要研究方向:空天电力信息技术与装备,“卫星互联网+”电力应用,包括但不限于星地融合电力信息网络建模与资源调度、星地融合网络下无人机电力巡检、平急一体电力卫星终端与无人机机巢布点规划、星地信息增强的光伏出力预测、多元遥感信息融合的电力山火预警、空天电力视角下电力系统韧性评估与增强、星地融合电力信息网络零信任架构与安全控制、直连卫星电力通信终端与自组网装备、RTK高精度导航定位与雷视融合目标追踪。

三、主要研究方向
空天电力信息课题组旨在全面探索卫星互联网、低空经济新质赋能潜力,推动“空天信息+”新型电力系统垂直应用新模式,为态势感知、防灾应急、巡视检修、信息安全等电力场景提供安全可靠、优质高效综合信息服务,为建设、运行及发展天空地协同、通导遥融合、传感算一体的新型电力系统提供基础参考,推动新型电力系统与空天信息融合发展。

卫星互联网赋能新型电力系统实践路径
(一)通导感融合应用
针对新型电力系统中海量分布式电源时空分布稀疏、系统运行状态时变等挑战,在卫星互联网通导感融合支撑下,开展星地融合网络架构、多元星地信息融合、星地资源协同调度等研究,赋能态势感知、规划运行、防灾应急、巡视检修等典型场景,实现新型电力系统广域智慧无人化升级迭代,替代现有高危性、重复性、适应性人工业务,支撑新型电力系统数字化、透明化、智能化运行。

(二)天空地一体网络
天空地一体网络是天基网络(卫星互联网)、空基网络(飞行自组网)和地基网络(蜂窝网络、地面专网等)结合在一起的高度集成网络。考虑多种异构网络带来的复杂性,主要开展天空地一体网络架构、异构网络高效互联互通技术、飞行自组网可靠路由协议、有限资源下地面自组网可靠覆盖技术与装备等研究,利用各种通信平台的优势,以提供无缝、广泛、高效的通信覆盖。

(三)零信任信息安全
针对新型电力系统、卫星互联网、地面4G/5G网络等多元异构网络融合形成信息物理系统的开放多元特征,针对其网络信息安全风险高、攻击面多、暴露面大等挑战,开展弹性融合区块链的零信任安全架构、多元异构网络软件定义边界、网络单元动态身份可信认证、风险单元微隔离控制等研究,保障天地一体化网络下新型电力系统信息安全。

(四)卫星互联网终端
开展卫星互联网物联网/宽带/窄带终端研制,贯穿卫星直连模组调试—卫星直连通用终端—卫星直连电力专用终端研发流程,搭建卫星互联网终端装备开发平台作为硬件支撑,研究面向电力典型业务的轻量化、高性能、高可靠卫星直连装备,助力电力防灾应急、智慧无人化作业、电力建设监测等典型业务场景。

四、研究生招生
每年招收2名博士研究生、4-6名硕士研究生,欢迎电气工程、控制科学、通信工程、电子科学、计算机网络、信息安全等专业方向以及有交叉学科背景的学生联系、咨询、申请。课题组保持团结友善、共同进步的学术氛围,重点培养学生的科研兴趣与实践能力,欢迎对前沿技术与交叉领域充满好奇心和探索欲、乐观开朗、乐于思考、勤于实践的同学们加入。
